BUILD DIALOGUE
Cherry Creek North is no stranger to luxury, but the bar has just been raised with the neighborhood’s tallest condos for sale. Developed by Pauls Corp., Laurel Cherry Creek is an urban oasis that combines the comforts of home with the design of a high-end resort. With 71 homes on 12 floors, Laurel Cherry Creek offers an exclusive 24/7 retreat in one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Our team leveraged our collective expertise in the hospitality industry to deliver a cohesive experience from the outside in, carefully considering residents’ needs and expectations in every detail of architecture and interior design.
Laurel Cherry Creek is designed to capture the interest of passers-by and attract potential residents with a touch of luxury. Working closely with the Cherry Creek North District Design Advisory Board, Laurel Cherry Creek reflects the materials, textures, scale and details of the surrounding neighborhood while adding something exciting and fresh to the fabric of the neighborhood.
The architecture stays true to the design’s emphasis on contrast and balance, combining a decidedly clean and simple aesthetic with classic elements and a materiality that exudes a rich and timeless elegance. The building’s limestone-clad base acts as a grounding element as the eye explores the contemporary metal panels and ample glazing accented by private balconies on the living levels above.
Laurel Cherry Creek understands the value of first impressions and takes curb appeal to a new level with a porte cochère framed by a blocky limestone facade. Designed with strong, angular lines, the mass of limestone complements the lobby’s expansive glazing, inviting the outdoors by day and offering a warm, opulent glow at night.
Upon entering their gated lobby, residents are greeted with 19-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning multi-tiered custom chandelier. Designed for private events, the lobby is reminiscent of a luxury hotel with a concierge desk, bar area, and comfortable seating.
The lobby’s palette of white and gray marble, walnut, and brass serves as a backdrop to modern, Scandinavian-inspired furniture, giving the space a light and airy feel. Clean lines, together with layered, classic elements such as portals, ground the expansive volume and guide residents and guests from one room to the next. A specially curated art collection featuring works from multiple Colorado artists further enhances the living experience.
As residents enter their homes — which range in size from approximately 935 to 4,760 square feet — the resort-like experience continues with carefully detailed elevator lobbies, subtly mirrored elevator cabins, and intimate entrances to their apartments.
Once inside, the homes welcome residents with plenty of natural light and city and mountain views through large windows. Each home also features multi-panel sliding patio doors and collapsible glass wall systems, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. Key design features include linear fireplaces, custom cabinetry, and professional grade appliances. The clean lines and luxurious, high-end materials and furnishings in all residences rival some of the finest hotels in the world.
Alongside the busy streets below, a rooftop oasis awaits residents and their guests with a saltwater pool flanked by relaxing cabanas and oversized lounge chairs, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, an outdoor grill, seating for conversation, and a fire pit. As if the unobstructed mountain views weren’t enough, the stainless steel pool cladding roof evokes a strikingly modern feel that carries the architecture’s emphasis on angular design while serving the practical purpose of minimizing the risk of cracks and leaks.
Within walking distance to dozens of shops including boutiques, spas, salons, galleries and restaurants, residents who call Laurel Cherry Creek home can also enjoy ground floor restaurant and retail spaces designed to foster a sense of community – both in the neighborhood as well as among the residents. The facade glazing surrounded by angular limestone pillars mimics the architecture of the condominium lobby, creating a visual connection between the space and the sidewalk to entice guests. All entrances for the restaurant and ground floor retail spaces are on Steele Street to ensure the main lobby remains an exclusive convenience for residents.
With a focus on resort-like living centered on quality design and amenities, Laurel Cherry Creek is setting a new standard for modernity and luxury in Cherry Creek North as the neighborhood evolves with a new generation of residents.
